Done, Finished, Complete

Yes folks, there you have it.... I am DONE!!! All of my patterns came back from the printer looking wonderful (no big, huge, giant screw ups or anything) and I am a very happy girl. The patterns are now all collated and packaged in their little plastic bags. What a relief.
I feel like this is just another calm in the storm called market. I am now very excited to get there, set up and see everyone. I feel like it's Christmas!
Now, I just have to pack....

Since all my quilts are done, I will put photos of them on here soon, so check back! :)

Off to the printer!

Well, I just dropped off all of my new patterns at the printer today... It was so scary, I felt like I left my babies there! I hope everything ends up printing in the right place and on the right pattern.
As soon as I get them back "we" (my dear friends and I) will collate and stuff patterns until the cows come home... I think that right now it is the calm between the two storms called pattern writing and market!
How many days left?
:)

What's in a Name

Well, for me, a name includes lots of fabric, thread, designing, ironing, and sewing time so I thought I would share the names of my new "Market Quilts" with you... ok, ok these bad boys are SO close to being done, that I may be persuaded to share a photo or two in a little while... but for now, here goes the names
A Dash of Flower, My Romance, Meadow, On The Run, Scrap Happy, Aunt Ann's Garden, and Spice Cake.
Have a happy day!

Part 2 of the not so good

A few of you might recall my "computer gone bad woes" of a few posts ago. Do you remember how I said that "no quilt files were lost or harmed" well, think again. I use a special program to design all my quilts and now ALL MY QUILT DESIGN FILES ARE CORRUPTED!!!
With that said, I will now sit down mumbling "go to my happy place, go to my happy place" and REDO everything. The lesson has been learned, from now on I back up the things I want saved!!

I would really love to photograph my quilts outside on this beautiful sunny day... but the wind is just a blowin' up a storm...

Road Trip

Went on a road trip recently to a very nice quilt shop called Valley Quilt Shop in Lyman Wyoming. Bobbi and her mom Charla were so kind to ask me to come up and do a trunk show with them. It is such a nice store with a wide variety of fabrics and nice people. Their actual address is 102 Mountain Meadow St. and phone (307)786-2653. Call them and get directions if you are ever in the area, you won't want to miss this shop!
