What is this MESS??

I just bet you are wondering what this pile of tiny cuttings really is... Only time will tell...
I am having one of those change of plans days today. I wanted to go to pick up 4 yes FOUR QUILTS from the quilter but... she has the flu and I really don't want her to share it with me, so today I sit and design and sew more quilts to give her, so I can get them back for MARKET!
I had some awesome "group therapy" yesterday with some of my quilting buddies. We went on a mini road trip to some shops down south. I even have pictures of the shops we toured and I will be posting them over the next couple of days. I don't get out much, so it was a nice change.
Beautiful day here, sun shining, warmer weather so I can't complain.

More Sun, Less Snow...

With all of you dears posting such beautiful photos of spring, with flowers and warmer weather in your "neck o' the woods" I just had to go and find me some spring (since it isn't coming my way fast enough). Last week we packed our bags, donned our ears and headed to sunny Florida in search of Mickey and the gang.
The weather was wonderful and so was the company (we were there with dear friends). I will tell you that I conquered my fears and actually rode Space Mountain and Big Thunder Mountain (both for the first time). We really watched the weather and ended up having a great day here which is my absolutely favorite water park in the world.
I didn't want to come back.... but market is only 8 weeks away eeek!!
